Logging Actions During Shifts
Actions allow you to quickly provide information about something that a trainee did during the day. There are two entry points for logging actions:
Logging Actions During a Call
If the action was specific to a call that you went on:
- Find the call in the list of calls attached to that shift.
- Click on the call to show more details
- Click on "Add Action" to open the dialog

Logging Actions Directly on a Shift

If you want to log an action directly on the shift:
- Scroll down to "Field Actions"
- Click on "Log Action"
Logging Field Actions (in general)
Once you have the dialog open (whether it's from a call or a shift itself), do the following:
- Choose the action type
- Choose the method of the action:
- Discussed
- Simulated
- Observed
- Performed
- Choose the outcome of the action
- Did Well
- Needs Work
- Choose the observer for the action
- Add any notes about the action
The more information you give, the better the AI will pick up on the performance in the background after the fact.
