Logging Calls on Shifts
You must have permission to log calls on shifts. If you do not see the button to log a call, your organization administrator must enable the permission to Log Calls.
Pipeline allows you to log calls during shifts with a trainee. To log calls do the following:
- Navigate to the shift you are working with a trainee
- Click on "Calls & Actions" on the top navigation bar
- Under "Calls", click on "Log Call"
- Provide the information about the call
- Click "Log Call"
The form will automatically reset to allow you to add in another call quickly.
