Accessing Your Account

You can get to your organization's account from the URL provided by your administrator. This is unique to your organization.

This will be something like https://yourorg.pipeline.us. You will see your organization's name & a photo related to your organization.

Locked Accounts

If you account is locked, a page will show up stating that your account is pending approval by an administrator. Once your account has been unlocked, you will receive an email stating this.

For security reasons, Pipeline Support cannot unlock user accounts. Only organization administrators can unlock accounts.
