Server Error or 500 Error

At times, you make encounter a page that says "500 Internal Server Error". This may happen when there is a bug in the software.

If you encounter this error:

  1. Click on the help beacon in the bottom right corner.
  2. Choose "Software Error" as the type
  3. Provider what you were trying to do & what actually happened.

Tickets that are submitted with minimal information and/or no information about the problem cannot be effectively answered. This may delay the ability for support to respond and/or may be automatically closed due to lack of sufficient information.
