Unauthorized or 401 Error

If you experience a page that says "Unauthorized", this means that your permissions do not allow you to access this page.
For security reasons, Pipeline Support is unable to make any updates to roles & permissions unless authorized by the Account Administrator
How to Update Permissions (for Administrators)
From navigation bar on the left, click on "Training Blocks" then click on "Roles & Permissions". You will be able to modify permission levels for each role.
NOTE: you must be the account owner to make changes to roles & permissions. Reach out to your account sales contact to confirm this.
